Since Takeoff rose to fame with his other two Migos members, he was no exception from other rappers that have encountered legal issues with the state. The three rappers have faced a lot of legal troubles together, especially the incident that happened at Georgia Southern University.
In 2015, The hip-hop trio was scheduled to headline Georgia Southern University’s spring concert. But the Migos got into trouble early, taking to the stage almost an hour and a half later than the agreed set time. They performed for less than 30 minutes before leaving the stage, breaching the contract’s stipulation of a 45-minute set length. He died on the spot and other two people who were also present at the premises were shot and they were quickly taken to the hospital. Quavo was shot but he is not injured.
