Drake rents a massive $65million Mansion in Beverly Hills while celebrating his 35th birthday in California. The Certified Lover Boy artiste has rented an expensive mansion in Beverly Hills, a city in California. The Canadian rapper is to pay around $200,000 per month. If Drake decides to stay there permanently, he would have to spend over $65 million.

Drake is expected to pay around $215,000 a month for the 18,000 square-foot mansion with a 20-foot cascading water wall positioned behind a 150-year-old Mediterranean olive tree shipped from Italy, according to the New York Post.

Currently, Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion is not on the market, however, was listed in April after a six-year rebuild.

Even though the mansion’s interior decor can be seen on numerous housing websites, the Hotline Bling performer flaunted part of it on his Instagram page as he began to celebrate another winning year. Drake took a photo of an owl on the mansion’s roof and posted it to Instagram.

Drake captioned the photo; “Outside the house tonight ��� poetic”

Drake stayed in the rented mansion for a few weeks, he purportedly has no plans to stay there full-time considering he has a mansion in Calabasas some few minutes outside of Los Angeles.

Champagnepapi is already owning a 50,000 square-foot Toronto mansion nicknamed “The Embassy,” Drake has shown off his wealth on many occasions in the past few weeks and a decent amount of gifts.

On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, Jas Prince, the son of Rap-A-Lot Records CEO James Prince, the man who is credited for discovering Drake launched a brand new OVO pendant for the rapper.
